The term "internal framework" was picked for our exhibition following the completion of the third year of the Interdisciplinary 1. Family members and friends were invited to view our completed artwork at our on display.   

 

Exhibiting our work was something that some of us had never done before, including myself. It was a means for me as an artist and aspiring art educator to boldly express and show my work to the public, as well as aiding others understand the purpose of my work and, in some way, relate to or experience the subject matter of my work. 

During this exhibition, I also had the opportunity to discuss my work in further detail with anyone and what inspired me. Since my art is based on my experiences, both good and bad, I felt it was crucial to have a solid understanding of it. I found that working on this project had significance because it is all about a lived experience. 

With the use of this portfolio, I desire to show how enjoyable the exhibition was and how much I've learnt about engaging with and discussing my work with the audience.

The exibition allows me to bring my work out of the studio and in front of an audience that can see and appreciate it. It was a great chance to engage with a group of people who were seeing the artwork and give me the chance to express a new idea, raise awareness, or convey a message. It was a fantastic chance for me as an artist to engage with the community and comprehend the development of my profession. It enables me to interact, celebrate, and critique in public. 

The chance to present my work in progress or my deeper involvement with the process of building the context, perspective, and craft was a significant opportunity.
